- Call routing metadata (queues, extensions, IVRs)

- Feature usage (e.g., voicemail, call parking, transfers)
Note: We do not listen to calls unless call recording is explicitly enabled by the account administrator.
c. Call Recordings & Voicemail
If enabled by your organization:
- Call recordings
- Voicemail messages
- Associated metadata (timestamps, user IDs)
Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure recordings are used lawfully.
