Note: We do not listen to calls unless call recording is explicitly enabled by the account administrator.

c. Call Recordings & Voicemail

If enabled by your organization:

  • Associated metadata (timestamps, user IDs)

Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure recordings are used lawfully.

d. Website & Technical Data
